Open Shoot Session (ages 10 and up)
Service Description
Participants aged 10-17 must first take one instructional lesson to qualify for open-shoot sessions. It is highly recommended that adults 18 and over take part in an instructional session first if they are not already experienced archers. However, experienced adult archers are welcome to attend open shoots without prior instruction from the range master, with a brief safety and procedure review done before shooting commences. Open-shoot hour includes: - Review of range rules and procedures. - One full hour of open shooting practice. - Assistance with aiming techniques, form adjustments and corrections from the range master (adults: only if requested!). If you wish to use range equipment, include the gear rental ($7) in your purchase (see course offerings). Personal bows and arrows must be inspected and approved by the range master prior to use on the range. No crossbows allowed on the range without prior approval from the range master. All personal arrows must be target shooting arrows only. No hunting arrows allowed on the range. If you use a personal bow with range arrows, the $7 rental will be applied.
